Keystone Montessori School is an AMI-Recognized school that nurtures the natural development of children from three to twelve years of age. We provide a creative, inspiring, and joyful educational environment in which we uphold the individual needs of each child. As a community, we place the best interests of the children first and foremost in our thoughts and actions.
We are taking applications for two positions for the 2022-23 school year.
We are hoping to find just the right elementary classroom assistant (7:30am-3:30pm) as well as an afternoon assistant (11:45am-5:30pm).
The Keystone staff is an amazing group who enjoys working with children and works well collaboratively.
Please respond via our Craigslist postings.

AMI CLASSROOM STANDARDS
maintain the level of excellence that Maria Montessori envisioned.
These standards were established by the AMI Scientific Pedagogy Group.
Keystone feels strongly that Montessori education should be available to all children. Keystone is interested in offering tuition assistance to families who are truly committed to embracing the Montessori approach and who reflect the broad socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic diversity found within the Charlotte area.
"Imagination does not become great until human beings, given the courage and strength, use it to create."
- Dr. Maria Montessori
MONTESSORI ALL DAY
In an effort to support the needs of today’s families, Keystone Montessori School has expanded its school hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with the addition of a Montessori-All Day program.
As opposed to the typical before and after-school care program, the children registered for Montessori All-Day will be able to continue their Montessori experience in the developmentally appropriate environment of their classroom.
